It all comes down to your needs, motivation and personal financial circumstances and that hasn't changed much.

Comment on Real Estate Bargains

Now's a great time to buy...don't wait for the bottom you may find you missed it. You will need to water in each lawn treatment within 10-14 days of the application. Also, you will want to water before moving.
_______________________
Nicky Philip

Arkansas">http://www.treatmentcenters.org/arkansas"REL="DoFollow"]Arkansas Treatment Centers

Comment on Real Estate Bargains

Everyone is talking about the deals in Northwest Arkansas. I here the conversations of people discussing how they heard about Sarah's sister's brother got a spectacular deal on a house. In reality I am not seeing these great deals. I have seen negotiation, I have seen prices drop slightly, but no great steals. The market seems to be steady, over built, but steady none-the-less.

Comment on Sales People on Passion (Entry 2 on Passion)

Good thoughts...people follow passion more than truth. I have had several friends buy into someone's new marketing scam on passion alone. I guess as a sales tool passion used correctly could result in a higher close ratio. Thanks for the thoughts, and I will incorporate my passion into my business.

Comment on Real Estate Bargains

Everythings a bargain! Everyone should be buying real estate right now! For the first time in three years, people will acutally negotiate their price. I have bought 3 properties in the last 4 months and I sold one of them for $10,000 more than I paid. I wasn't even trying to sell, someone pulled up while I was fixing up the property and made an offer. I have all of my properties leased, and I can't figure out why people don't just buy. Oh well, I guess they can keep renting from me and I'll let them keep paying off my houses for me. Thanks for the new blog site, I'll start telling people.

Comment on How about those Razorbacks!

There hasn't been much local news on the Nutt meeting, I'm ready for this stuff to be over. I'm already excited about next season. There is nothing better than a Saturday afternoon tailgate party before a Razorback game.
